Three forms of reader

It's important I classify my three different types 
of reader as effectively as possible, in order to 
assign the correct attributes to different areas of the 
grid.

The grid for all of the publications will have to be 
tailored to each individual reader in one place.  It 
has to truthfully and respectfully represent these
readers in order to successfully solve the problem.
